Heavy rains in December 2007 and January/February 2008 in northern and central Queensland restricted access to the site preventing Straits from continuing their exploration activities. Re-sampling of drill chips on one metre intervals was planned along with additional RC drilling.
In accordance with the provisions of the Joint Venture Agreement, work on the tenement has been suspended from 14th January 2008. Access to the site was not able to be gained during the March quarter. (Work resumed on this Project in early April 2008).
