COMPANY REVIEW

The past six months has witnessed significant change in RMC activities following developments during the year, and a detailed review of the Company’s position and prospects by the Board.

RMC pursued four project opportunities during the course of the reporting period, and each continues to have the potential to contribute to the overall value of the Company.

In November, the Company completed a successful capital raising. This was achieved through a renounceable rights issue, thus allowing all shareholders the opportunity to participate, which raised $1.97 million. These funds will now support an active exploration program in 2007 on the Company’s main prospect at Wowo Gap in PNG.
