Mr Rule is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in the mining industry in Australia. He is currently Chief Finance Officer of Mount Gibson Iron Limited and has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Western Metals Limited and more recently St Barbara Mines Limited. He has considerable experience in international financing of mining projects and implementation of accounting controls and systems.
